(1) The duties, duties and powers of the director shall be as follows:- (a) Prepare the annual plans and programs of the directorate or board and submit them to the committee through the member-secretary, (b) Prepare and submit proposals to the committee on matters to be decided by the committee, (c) ) To prepare and implement the implementation plan for the implementation of the decisions made by the commission and committee, (d) To prepare and implement the monitoring plan, (e) To do other work delegated by the commission, committee and vice president. (2) The director's remuneration and other benefits shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
